After acquiring information regarding how many levels, rooms, square footage, we will provide a quote. If accepted our goal is to set up an appointment to measure and document the home/facility at a convenient time. We wish to lessen any inconvenience by being thoughtful and professional. Using a Disto D2 Compact Laser Measuring tool and laptop computer, we will draw on site, then finish the drawing back at the office. We can e-mail the Floor Plan in PDF, JPG or DWG file type.
For an additional fee, The condition of the interior elevations can include 360 degree photography. The photos being numbered and keyed to the floor plan using a numbered symbol showing location and direction of each.
The measurements taken during the survey will be entered onto a CAD Dimensioned As-Built Floor Plan. This plan includes all exterior and interior walls, windows, doors, openings, stairs, major built in cabinetry/counters, major appliances, exposed vertical columns, plumbing fixtures, and room labels with dimensions. Plumbing fixtures and major appliances are drawn as 'Typical'. Balconies and decks with access from the interior are included. Exterior wall thicknesses will be 7" for framed wood wall, 8" for concrete or brick. Floor Plans do not include framing, electrical or lighting.
